Your space on a Kili Treks Tanzania Mt. Kilimanjaro trek and/or Safari trip is reserved when a 40% deposit is received by our bank. Upon receipt you will receive an email confirmation, itinerary, and an invoice showing your payment and the remaining balance.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to your first day in Tanzania.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Kili Treks Tanzania (e-mail). The following penalties apply to all cancellations:
We strongly advise that our clients purchase separate travel insurance to safeguard against any unforeseen circumstances that may arise, and to ensure that their trip of a lifetime is well protected.
Please be aware that no partial refunds will be given for any unused airport transfer, meals, hotel rooms, park fees, etc. for any reason whatsoever. Kili Treks Tanzania reserves the right to adjust the tour price at any time, due to currency fluctuations or any other unforeseen circumstances. Until full payment is received, the client will always be liable for any increases with regards to park fees, hotel rates, airfares airport taxes, fuel surcharges or exchange rate increases.
We receive all our quotes from lodges as a double occupancy. An additional fee will be charged for solo travellers or those requesting a single room/tent. Kili Treks Tanzania will make every effort to match you with a roommate if you would like to share a room or tent. Please request an updated invoice if you prefer a single room/tent.
