Your safari begins with a morning departure from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s most scenic wildlife destinations. Known for its vast elephant herds, majestic baobab trees, and abundant wildlife, Tarangire offers excellent game-viewing opportunities throughout the year. Enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch inside the park while searching for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and numerous bird species. In the late afternoon, transfer to your lodge or camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, depart for the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most remarkable natural wonders. Descend approximately 600 meters to the crater floor for an unforgettable game drive. The crater supports an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, hyenas, and the rare black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch near the hippo pool before continuing your exploration of this unique ecosystem. In the afternoon, ascend the crater and return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Following breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park, a picturesque park famous for its diverse habitats, lush groundwater forest, alkaline lake, and rich birdlife. Enjoy a game drive through the park, where you may encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, baboons, hippos and if fortunate, the park’s famous tree-climbing lions. The lake is also home to large flocks of flamingos and numerous other bird species, making it a paradise for bird enthusiasts. After a picnic lunch and final game viewing, begin the journey back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon, where your safari comes to an end.
