Full Itinerary

Day 1

Shira Route

07:00 – Pickup from your lodge in Moshi or Simba Farm.

Transfer to Londorosi Gate where registration and entry formalities are completed.

Continue by vehicle approximately 35 minutes to Morum Barrier, the starting point of the hike.

Begin trekking across the Shira Plateau, following trails through river gorges and volcanic landscapes toward Shira 1 Camp.

Energetic hikers may continue to Shira Cathedral for elevated panoramic views across the plateau.

Lunch is served at Shira Camp or Shira Cathedral depending on group preference and hiking pace.

Return transfer to Moshi.
